He was born on October 5, 1991 in Harrisburg and was the son of Garth Fisher and Toni A. Fies.
Andrew loved people and working at his job as a travel agent in Florida. He also loved the ocean and being on the beach.
In addition to his parents, Andrew is survived by his sister, Mercedes Lynn Fies; a maternal grandmother, Vicki Rodriguez; two uncles Juan Fies(Wendy), John Fies(Kristina)as well as many other family and friends.
A memorial celebration of his life will be announced at a later date once the current Covid-19 restrictions have been lifted.
The family has entrusted the Matinchek Funeral Home and Cremation Services Inc., Middletown to handle the funeral arrangements.
