Frederick A. Gravino, 82, of Middletown, PA entered into eternal rest on April 29, 2021 in his home. He was born June 10, 1938 in Hershey, PA to the late Anthony and Dorothy (Reidel) Gravino. He is survived by his loving wife of 63 years, Phyllis (DiVittore) Gravino.
In addition to his wife he is survived by 2 daughters, Terri L. Rushow and husband Milton of Middletown and Vicki L. Gravino and her significant other Scott Meinsler of Middletown; 4 grandchildren, Anthony Heckman and his wife Faleshia, Megan Johnson and her husband Chris, Tyler Rushow, and Mande Jensen and her husband Jordan; 4 great-grandchildren, Christopher, Harper, Karson, and Addilyn; and a sister Carole Collins and husband Gary of Hershey.
Frederick proudly served in the United States Air Force. He was retired from the Hershey Company where he worked as a painter-insulator. He was a faithful member of Seven Sorrows of the Blessed Virgin Mary and a former member of the Italian Lodge in Hershey. Frederick enjoyed staying active by golfing, dancing, swimming, hunting, fishing, and riding his motorcycle. Most importantly he was a loving husband, father, grandfather, and brother.
Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Friday, May 21, 2021 at 10:30 AM at Seven Sorrows of the BVM, 280 N. Race St., Middletown, PA 17057 with Rev. Ted Keating as celebrant. Family and friends are invited for a visitation from 9:30 AM until time of the Mass. Burial with full military honors will follow the services in Indiantown Gap National Cemetery, Annville, PA.
