Obituary for Geraldine M. Drayer (Francis)
Geraldine M. Drayer, 69, of Mechanicsburg, formerly of Middletown, entered into eternal rest on February 28, 2020 at Holy Spirit Hospital, Camp Hill, PA.
She was born on February 13, 1951 in Lansdale, PA and was the daughter of the late Perry Francis and Frances (Baker) Francis.
She was of the Catholic Faith and a former member of Seven Sorrows of the Blessed Virgin Mary Catholic Church, Middletown.
Geraldine was an RN for Masonic Village and Frey Village for many years. She was an eternal caregiver to everyone, and her greatest joy was the love of her family, especially her grandchildren.
She is survived by her loving children, Jason H. Drayer and his wife Jill of Camp Hill, PA and Rebecca J. Drayer and her husband Michael of Jessup, MD; her two brothers, Perry Francis and John Francis; three sisters, Mary Jo Francis, Pattilu Francis and Kathy Francis; three grandchildren, Skylar Drayer, Avery Drayer and Henry Drayer as well as several nieces, nephews and cousins.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, March 7, 2020 at 11:00 AM at the Matinchek Funeral Home and Cremation Services Inc., Middletown with the Rev. Ted Keating officiating. Visitation will be from 10:00 AM until the time of services, Saturday at the funeral home.
