Hazel Ann Radle, 85, of Hummelstown, entered into eternal rest on Wednesday, February 16, 2022 at the Middletown Home, surrounded by her loving family.
She was born on July 23, 1936 in Harrisburg and was the daughter of the late Samuel and Clara (Carl) Myers.
Hazel was a homemaker and enjoyed camping, crafting and traveling.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her loving husband John W. Radle; a son, Randy Radle; four brothers and one sister.
Hazel is survived by her children; Rick Radle (Kris) of Harrisburg, Rahn Radle of E. Hanover, Roger Radle (Dana) of Perry County; Rhonda Logan (Steve) of Londonderry, and Roxanne Bosler (Paul) of W. Hanover; two sisters, Ruth Haine and Ethel Eutzy; twelve grandchildren and numerous great-grandchildren.
A tribute to her life will be held on Monday, February 21, 2022 at 11:00 AM at the Matinchek Funeral Home and Cremation Services Inc., Middletown with the Rev. Dan Gilbert officiating. Viewing will be from 10:00 AM until the time of services at the funeral home.
Burial will immediately follow the services at Woodlawn Memorial Gardens, Harrisburg.
