Helen M. Tilson, 99, of Middletown entered eternal rest on Thursday, October 20, 2022, at Oak Hill Village, Middletown. She was the widow of John Tilson.
She was born on April 1, 1923, in West Fairview, PA and was the loving daughter of the late Charles and Mabel (Whye) Hevel.
Helen was a member of the Middletown Church of God.
She and her husband would travel all over the world while he was in the military and Helen enjoyed each new place she would get to experience.
In addition to her parents and husband, Helen was preceded in death by her six siblings; Aunt and Uncle Bertha and Hercules Stover; Aunt Helen Whye.
Helen is survived by her sister-in-law, Mary Hevel of Palmyra and numerous nieces and nephews who loved her dearly and will miss her so very much.
There will be a graveside service on Friday, October 28, 2022, at 11:30 AM at Middletown Cemetery, 675 N. Spring St. Middletown with Rev. Kimberly Shifler officiating.
The family has entrusted the Matinchek Funeral Home and Cremation Services, Inc. 260 E. Main St. Middletown, PA with the funeral arrangements.
