Obituary for Jose L Ortiz Sr.
Jose L. Ortiz Sr., 60, of Middletown, entered into eternal rest on Wednesday, April 6, 2022 at his home.
He was born on May 12, 1961 in Merkel, TX and was the son of the late Raymond and Manuela (Ribera) Ortiz.
Jose was a former maintenance employee for the Harrisburg International Airport. He enjoyed spending time with his family, making people laugh, and watching football games.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by two sisters, Yolanda Ortiz and Josephine Cortez
He is survived by his son, JJ Ortiz of Harrisburg; a daughter, Heather Ortiz of NC; three brothers, Chris Ortiz, David Ortiz and Raymond Ortiz; a sister Kathy Ortiz Nbarro; six grandchildren, Harrison Ortiz, Josie Ortiz, Ana Willis, Ian Willis, Rosita Willis, and Hunter Magaro.
A memorial service will be held privately.
