Obituary for June K. Baughman (Gipe)
June K. Baughman, 73, of Middletown entered eternal rest on Tuesday, January 10, 2023, at home surrounded by her loved ones. She was the widow of Brady E. “Bubba” Baughman.
She was born June 21, 1949, in Harrisburg and was the daughter of the late Harry and Florence (Stout) Gipe.
June enjoyed going to Elk County with her husband and collecting owl figurines. She was a spiritual woman.
In addition to her parents and husband, June was preceded in death by seven siblings.
June is survived by her brother, Richard Gipe of Hummelstown; sister, Ellen Alwine of Palmyra; sister-in-law, Deborah Nesbit of Middletown; brothers-in-law’s, Robert J. Baughman, Carl F. Baughman; sister-in-law, Victoria Kightlinger; mother-in-law, Mary L. Baughman; nieces, Julia E Nesbit, Jessica S. Smeal at home and numerous other nieces, nephews, great nieces, and great nephews.
There will be a celebration of life at a later date.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to Matinchek Funeral Home and Cremation Services, Inc. 260 E. Main St. Middletown, PA 17057 to help offset costs.
