Luann “Sis” Leeper of Middletown, PA passed away on February 23, 2022. The University of Georgia lost one of their biggest fans. Born on June 6, 1953 in Lewistown, PA, Sis was the daughter of Gary and Fay (Billett) Leeper who predeceased her. She was also predeceased by her sister-in-law Maxine (Goss) Leeper. She is survived by brother Anthony Leeper of McClure, niece Amanda (Leeper) Batt, her heart-great-nephew Ian Batt of Lewistown and aunts Dr. Nancy Billett and Joanne (Billett) White of Lewistown. She is also survived by special family Jeannie Kreiser, Melanie Retherford, and Bailey Retherford of Hershey, special friends the Pristello Family, and so many more. Sis graduated from Chief Logan High School in Lewistown before serving in the United States Air Force as an Airman, and retiring from Mack Truck and Lasco Bathware. She was a Trustee at the Middletown VFW Post 1620, member of the St. Lawrence Club, Bressler Club and Saint Aloysius Club in Steelton. Sis was loved by all the people whose lives she touched. GO DAWGS. Internment is at the convenience of the family. A celebration of life will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers, please make a donation to the charity of your choice.
