Obituary for Marcia Via (Clouser)
Marcia Lynn Via, 66, of Harrisburg entered eternal rest on Tuesday, September 13, 2022.
She was born on April 17, 1956, in Harrisburg and was the loving daughter of the late John Willard Clouser and Helen Geanette (Moore) Baughman.
She loved all animals including cats and dogs, but especially her horses Mariner and Teke. Marcia was an experienced horse trainer and rider.
Halloween was her favorite holiday and she enjoyed making her own costumes.
She is survived by her son, Richard Dugan of Middletown; brother, Mark Clouser (Lisa) of Newport; sisters, Linda Spizzieri (Frank) of Steelton, Donna Baughman (Ron Gramigni) of Harrisburg, Debbie Dunleavy (Tim) of Middletown; grandson, Dillan Dugan; numerous nieces and nephews.
A tribute to Marcia’s life will be held on Thursday, September 22, 2022, at 11:00 AM at Matinchek Funeral Home and Cremation Services, Inc. 260 E. Main St. Middletown, PA with Chaplain Ken Fornicola officiating. There will be a visitation from 10:00 AM until the time of service.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made in Marcia’s name to Humane Society of Harrisburg Area, Inc. 7790 Grayson Rd. Harrisburg, PA 17111.
