Obituary for Margaret E. "Marg" Tuzzo (Williams)

Margaret “Marg” E. Tuzzo, 79, of Duncannon passed peacefully on Wednesday, March 3, 2021 at West Shore Hospital, Mechanicsburg.
She was born on August 11, 1941 in Uniontown and was the daughter of the late John R. and Margaret (Norris) Williams.
Marg was a proud veteran of the United States Army, and after various career experiences, she retired as a crane operator from Bethlehem Steel.
Marg enjoyed reading, trivia, traveling, watching TV, gardening, and “training” her Goldendoodle, Luna. Her greatest loves were her family and the house she built.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her sisters, Barbara A. (Williams) Mellott, Virginia H. (Williams) Brady, and her mother-in-law, Mary M. Hawk.
Marg is survived by her life partner/wife of 38 years, Christine Hawk; brother, John R. Williams, III, of VA; sister, M. Kathryn (Williams) Dietrich of FL; many sisters and brothers-in-law; and numerous nieces and nephews.
There will be a visitation on Thursday, March 11, 2021 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at Matinchek Funeral Home, 260 E. Main St. Middletown, PA. Due to the current restrictions, the memorial and graveside services following the visitation will be private. The memorial service will be livestreamed on Thursday, March 11, at 11:00 AM and the graveside service with full military honors at 1:00 PM.
