Mario Corradi, 77, of Middletown entered eternal rest on Saturday, October 22, 2022, at his home surrounded by his loving family. He was the husband of Joyce (Baker) Corradi to whom he shared 54 years of marriage.
He was born on May 13, 1945, in Hershey and was the loving son of the late Alberico and Dorothy (Jenetto) Corradi.
Mario was a proud veteran of the United States Army.
He was the past president of the Middletown Lions Club. Mario enjoyed farming, taking care of his chickens and woodworking. His greatest love was his family, especially spending all his time with his grandchildren. Mario would take the grandchildren on outings as much as he could just to be with them.
In addition to his parents, Mario was preceded in death by his brothers, Paul and Sandy Corradi.
In addition to his wife, Mario is survived by his children, Mario A. Corradi, II (Anna) of Middletown, Melissa A. McCormick (Cory) of CO, Jennifer A. Miller (Chris) of Middletown, Michael P. Corradi (Heather) of Middletown, Mark E. Corradi (Amanda) of Middletown; sixteen grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; two nieces; one nephew.
A tribute to Mario’s life will be held on Monday, October 31, 2022, at 11:00 AM at Seven Sorrows of the Blessed Virgin Mary, 280 N. Race Street Middletown, PA with Fr. Timothy Sahd officiating. There will be a viewing on Sunday, October 30, 2022, from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at Matinchek Funeral Home and Cremation Services, Inc. and a viewing from 10:00 AM until the time of the service on Monday at the church.
Burial will be private and at the convenience of the family.
