Obituary for Patricia A. Amspacher
Patricia A. Amspacher, 75, of Middletown entered into eternal rest on Monday, November 23, 2020 at home.
She was born February 20, 1945 in York and was the loving daughter of the late Wilbur G and Rosa C. (Lutter) Amspacher.
Patricia was a member of Seven Sorrows of the Blessed Virgin Mary Catholic Church, Middletown.
She graduated from Shippensburg University with a Masters in Elementary Education and went on to teach at Steelton Elementary School for several years.
She enjoyed being a caregiver, watching TV, reading , and talking on the phone with her sisters.
Patricia is survived by her siblings, Leon F. Amspacher (Debbie) of Elizabethtown, Mary E. Scheaffer of Middletown, Rozena A. Osterbind (James) of Chesterfield, VA, Connie A. Davis (Bobby) of Powhatan, VA, Wayne R. Amspacher of Severn, MD; numerous nieces and nephews.
A Memorial Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Wednesday, December 2, 2020 at 11:00 AM at Seven Sorrows BVM, 280 N. Race St. Middletown, PA with Rev. Ted Keating as celebrant. There will be a visitation from 10:00 AM until the time of service on Wednesday.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to American Cancer Society, PO Box 897, Hershey, PA 17033 or SSBVM Catholic Church.
The family has entrusted the Matinchek Funeral Home, 260 E. Main St. Middletown, PA with the funeral arrangements.
