Obituary for Pauline R. King (Mathias)
Pauline Roberta King, 87, of Middletown entered eternal rest on Sunday, May 29, 2022 at Kadima Pottstown Nursing Home.
She was born on August 7, 1934 in Harrisburg and was the loving daughter of the late Paul and Leona (Lynn) Mathias.
Pauline was a William Penn High School graduate. She was retired from Bell Telephone of Pennsylvania.
She enjoyed Reading, shopping and was a member of the Middletown Moose Post 410.
In addition to her parents, Pauline was preceded in death by her daughter, Laurie Hagmaier; sister Judy Craig.
Pauline is survived by her husband of 42 years, Kenneth A. King; sons, Brian Hoerner (Deb) of Harrisburg, Roy Sanderson of Middletown; daughter, Deb Cooper (Craig) of Middletown; stepchildren, Kenneth King, Jr. (Cindy) of Middletown, Theresa Reed (Dave) of Highspire, Deanna Fornwalt (Grant) of Middletown, Sandra Lenker of Middletown; several grandchildren and great-grandchildren; son-in law, Donald Hagmaier.
A graveside service will be held on Monday, June 6, 2022 at 11:00 AM at Rolling Green Cemetery, 1811 Carlisle Rd. Camp Hill PA with Rev. Britt Strohecker officiating.
The family has entrusted the Matinchek Funeral Home and Cremation Services, Inc. 260 E. Main St. Middletown, PA with the funeral arrangements.
