Obituary for Paxson "Butch" Gutshall Jr.
Paxson “Butch” Gutshall Jr., 74, of Royalton, entered into eternal rest on Friday, November 20, 2020 at the Hershey Medical Center.
He was born on October 7, 1946 in Elizabethtown and was the son of the late Paxson Sr. and Clara Belle (Snyder) Gutshall.
In addition to his parents, Butch was preceded in death by his brother, Ronald Gutshall and a nephew, Scott Dunkleberger.
He is survived by his loving wife of 55 years, Nancy (Crumlich) Gutshall; four children, Kevin Gutshall of Middletown, Kim Berkheimer and her husband Brian of Middletown, Keith Gutshall Sr. and his wife Shawn of Middletown, and Kirt Gutshall and his wife Lorie of Middletown; grandchildren, Keith Jr. and his wife Lindsey, Caylon and his wife Kayla, Chase , Destiney, Kayla, Stevie and Brandon; great grand-children, Jaida “Baby Doll”, Tyler, Dominic, Blaze, and one on the way, Hudson; one brother, Harvey Rick; one sister, Shirley Feathers, and several nieces, nephews and cousins.
A tribute to his life will be held on Monday, November 30, 2020 at 11:00 AM at the Matinchek Funeral Home and Cremation Services Inc., Middletown with the Rev. Britt Strohecker officiating. There will be a viewing on Sunday, November 29, 2020 from 6:00-8:00 PM and from 10:00 AM until the time of services Monday both at the funeral home.
Burial will be in the Middletown Cemetery.
