Susan Elizabeth Welsh, 80, of Highspire, PA formerly of Middletown, entered into eternal rest on May 7, 2023 at Homeland Center in Harrisburg after a short illness.
She was born March 8, 1943 and was the daughter of the late Paul E. Welsh Sr and the late Dorothy (Bretz) Mikan.
She graduated from Middletown Area High School.
She retired from the Commonwealth of PA Department of Labor & Industry.
She enjoyed taking pictures, playing sports, reading, watching tennis and playing games on her Kindle.
She was of Protestant faith.
She is survived by sisters, Barbara Lentz of Breinigsville, Donna Fallinger of Middletown, Jeannie Kreiser of Hershey, Nancy Lou Emrich of Middletown, Sandi Blouch (Mike) of Middletown; brothers, Paul Welsh (Jackie) of Middletown and Gary Welsh (Diana) of Elizabethtown and many other family members and best friend Fran.
In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by a brother, Mark Welsh and stepfather, Joe Mikan.
As were her wishes, there will be no services.
