Obituary for Thomas F. DiVittore

Thomas F. DiVittore, 82, of Middletown, entered into eternal rest on Friday, October 14, 2022 in The Middletown Home.
Thomas was born May 15, 1940, in Middletown, PA and was the son of the late Fiore T. and Agnes M. (Riddle) DiVittore.
Thomas was a US Army Veteran and a retired factory machine mechanic for Hershey Foods, Inc for nearly 40 years. He was a member of Seven Sorrows BVM Catholic Church, Middletown. He loved Corvettes and owned a 1963 Stingray Corvette, which he and Meredith only took out for a drive on a sunny day. You could also find him in his yard, mowing, weeding, & trimming. He was very proud of his yard.
His loving companion of nearly 40 years, Meredith L. Cravener (Hershey), and his brother, Robert DiVittore (Middletown) preceded Thomas in death.
Thomas is survived by his sister Phyllis (DiVittore) Gravino, his brother Anthony DiVittore, wife Carol (Yost), sister-in-law Jean (McGinty) DiVittore all of Middletown, and Meredith’s daughter, Cindy Wallett of Hummelstown, and grandson, Andrew Wallett of Allentown, 9 nieces and nephews, 10 great nieces & nephews and 6 great great nieces and nephews.
A Memorial Mass will be held at 11:00 am, Friday, October 21, 2022 in Seven Sorrows BVM Catholic Church, 280 N. Race Street, Middletown, PA. A visitation will be from 10:30am to 11am, Friday in the Church. Private Burial will be in Hershey Cemetery, Hershey, PA.
